María del Rosario Rueda Cuerva is Full Professor at the Department of Experimental Psychology at the UGR. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Cognitive Neuroscience, Social Neuroscience and Developmental Neuropsychology, and conducts research in the Cognitive Neuroscience of Development laboratory (https://www.ugr.es/~labncd/). Her interests focus on the development of higher cognitive skills in childhood, specializing in attention and self-regulation, addressing the constitutional (temperament and genes) and educational (educational experience and socio-economic environment of upbringing) factors that influence human neurocognitive development.
