Chiara Avancini is an independent postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Experimental Psychology at the University of Granada. Her main research area focuses on Cognitive Neuroscience, with an emphasis on neural reconfiguration under physiological strain states and their impact on cognitive processing. Her studies explore how brain activity adapts under conditions of high physical activation or drowsiness, investigating the compensatory mechanisms that allow cognitive performance to be maintained when the organism faces extreme demands. Her work aims to contribute to a better understanding of the interaction between physiology and cognition.
