JJesús López Megías is a Full Professor of Psychology in the Department of Experimental Psychology at the University of Granada (UGR). He teaches in the Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Conditioning, Motivation, and Emotion), the Master’s Degree in Teacher Training (Learning and Personality Development), and the Master’s Degree in Psychology of Social Intervention (Gender-Based Violence). His research focuses on the psychosocial analysis of factors involved in sexism, myths, and violence against women, both in intimate partner relationships and in sexual violence. He coordinates the SEMIVIO Lab (https://www.pps-ugr.es/labs/sexismo-mitos-y-violencia-de-genero/) within the research group Psychology of Social Problems (HUM289) (https://www.pps-ugr.es/).
