Lucía Pérez Rodero is a PhD candidate in the Department of Methodology of Behavioral Sciences at the University of Granada and holds a predoctoral FPI grant. Her research focuses on validity in psychological assessment contexts, particularly on validity evidence based on consequences. She works on identifying the consequences derived from assessment and their impact on obtained scores, as well as establishing the most appropriate methodological procedures and designs for their evaluation. Her goal is to contribute to the advancement of validity by promoting more rigorous assessment practices.
