Lucía Pérez Rodero is a PhD candidate in the Department of Behavioral Sciences Methodology at the University of Granada and holds an FPI predoctoral grant. Her research focuses on validity in psychological assessment, particularly validity evidence based on consequences. She studies the consequences of assessment and their impact on obtained scores, as well as the most appropriate methodological procedures and designs for evaluating them. Her goal is to contribute to the advancement of validity through more rigorous assessment practices.
