One more year, cities all over Europe celebrate the European Researchers' Night at the end of September. This year the event will take place on Friday 30th September, and in Granada it will be held at the Paseo del Salón with activities from early afternoon until late at night.
In this year's edition, our center will participate with two activities in stands of the University of Granada. The first activity, “Perceiving predictions: A journey of mental illusions”, will show, by means of perceptual illusions, how we perceive the world around us and the mechanisms at the basis of human perception. This workshop will take place at stand 1 of the University of Granada at 21:05.
The second activity will be “The construction of our memories”, also at 21:05, at stand 6 of the University. “The construction of our memories” will recreate the processes of memory formation, allowing attendees to understand how memories, both real and false, are constructed.
