Mind, Brain and Behavior Research Center

Job description:
The hired person will be an expert in the promotion of healthy organisations and the psychological health of their members, including cooperation among people and groups, discrimination reduction and equality actions.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Design, implementation and evaluation of strategies and activities that promote and support:
- A healthy work climate at the CIMCYC and healthy relationships among its members.
- The wellbeing, social and mental health of members of the center.
- Gender equality, positive valuation of diversity and non-discrimination.
- The organisational identity among CIMCYC members.
- The exchange of ideas, communication and collaboration among CIMCYC members and groups.
- Liaison with relevant agents of the University of Granada such as the Psychology Clinic, the PhD program in Psychology, the Secretariat of Health and Welfare, the Psychopedagogical Office, the University Ombudsman, the Health and Prevention Service, the Vice-rectorate for Equality, and Inclusion and Social Commitment.
- Support for the transfer of successful programs to increase organisational health, wellbeing and equality to other local, regional, national and/or international interested parties.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Required:
- Undergraduate degree in Psychology.
- Master degree in line with the tasks required (Social Intervention and/or General Health Psychology and/or Human Resources).
- Experience with (at least) part of the responsibilities of the position.
- Oral and written fluency in Spanish.
Desirable experience and training:
- Specific training in gender, diversity and inclusion matters.
- Expertise and/or knowledge of the implementation and evaluation of psychosocial health, quality of work life and healthy organizations programs.
- Expertise and/or knowledge of the design, implementation and evaluation of equality and/or diversity programs.
- Expertise and/or knowledge of psychosocial risk prevention and intervention.
- Expertise in HR management.
- Oral and written fluency in English.
Desirable skills:
- Ability to apply gender perspective at work.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to motivate individuals and groups both independently and as part of different teams.
- Willingness to undertake further training and autonomous learning, where appropriate.
SALARY
Monthly gross salary € 2300
