The research group develops different lines of research including:
- Understanding the mechanisms of stress in autoimmune diseases, the development of neuropsychological rehabilitation programs.
- Research on neuropsychological alterations and mechanisms related to addictions and obesity.
- Improving procedures and tools for detecting simulators in forensic neuropsychological assessment.
- Understanding the differences in the neuropsychological performance of people and patients from different cultures.
- Application of neuropsychology to the understanding of the phenomenon of gender violence and the neuropsychological sequelae suffered by abused women.
- Influence of nutrition, socio-economic conditions and social conditions on neurodevelopment.
