José Luis Mata is an Associate Professor at the Department of Personality, Evaluation, and Psychological Treatment at the University of Granada. He teaches in the Psychology Bachelor's Degree program, the Doctoral Program in Psychology, and the Master's in General Health Psychology. His research work is carried out within the Human Psychophysiology and Health research group (https://psicofisiologiahumana.ugr.es/), where he uses psychophysiological recording techniques to study defensive reflexes and emotional disorders, such as anxiety and eating disorders.
