Inmaculada Teva Álvarez is a PhD candidate in the Department of Behavioral Sciences Methodology at the University of Granada and holds an FPI predoctoral grant. Her research focuses on validity in psychological assessment, particularly validity evidence based on consequences. She studies the consequences of assessment and their impact on the scores obtained, as well as the most appropriate methodological procedures and designs for evaluating these consequences. Her goal is to contribute to advancing validity through more rigorous assessment practices.
