Rosa Rodríguez Bailón is Full Professor of Social Psychology at the UGR. She teaches in the degree in Psychology in Social Psychology and in the Master of Psychology of Social Intervention on Social Psychology of Inequality. She investigates on inequality of power, status, and especially economic inequality within the Social Psychology research group at the UGR. She is mainly interested in the analysis of the antecedents and consequences in different psychosocial processes of living in economically unequal contexts, as well as the ideologies related to them, such as meritocracy. She also investigates on stereotypes and prejudice towards different social groups.
