The Mind, Brain and Behavior Research Center (CIMCYC) utilizes various communication channels to share information regarding research, news, events and outreach content.
Newsletter
If you wish to receive information about the CIMCYC's research news, we invite you to subscribe to our LinkedIn Newsletter, "CIMCYC Insights." It is a bi-weekly bulletin that compiles information on recent publications and advances in research projects.
Infocimcyc
At CIMCYC, we have the infocimcyc distribution list to facilitate and encourage communication.
The list includes all people who are currently part of the center or have been in the past, as well as people whose work is related to CIMCYC or who have voluntarily subscribed out of their own interest.
Its use is restricted: you must subscribe to send and receive messages, as indicated below, and it is also possible to unsubscribe:
To subscribe to infocimcyc, send an email with the following information:
Subject: leave blank
Message: subscribe infocimcyc usuario@ugr.es
To unsubscribe from infocimcyc, send an email with the following information:
To: majordomo@listas.ugr.es
Subject: leave blank
Message: unsubscribe infocimcyc @email
For the list to function correctly, you must take the following rules into account:
Only share academic/professional information that may be of interest to the CIMCYC community (e.g., scientific talks or events, possible sources of funding, etc.), avoiding other types of content so as not to overload recipients' email inboxes. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the list.
To ensure that messages are not rejected, they must be brief (max. 40,000 bytes) and without attachments. It is advisable to add links to other websites for further information.
Do not reply directly to the list address, as this will be sent to all subscribers. Reply to the email address of the person who sent the message.
Information relating to the CIMCYC Institute Council is sent via its own mailing list, not via this list.
