The Mind, Brain and Behavior Research Center (CIMCYC) offers six positions within the call: "Convocatoria 2025 para la contratación de jóvenes investigadores y personal técnico de apoyo y de gestión a la I+D+I del Programa de Empleo Juvenil de la Consejería de Universidad, Investigación e Innovación de la Junta de Andalucía, en el marco del Programa Fondo Social Europeo Plus 2021-2027". This initiative is part of the Youth Employment Program of the Ministry of University, Research and Innovation of the Regional Government of Andalusia, under the framework of the 2021–2027 European Social Fund Plus Program.
Five of these positions are dedicated to research support, targeting individuals with a Degree in Psychology, Biology or Telecommunications Technology Engineering. Key responsibilities include data collection, programming experimental tasks, statistical analysis and managing the participant recruitment platform. Within this group, one position is oriented toward animal experimentation and another is linked to the Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Laboratory (LabEMT).
The sixth position is reserved for the Scientific Culture area, offered for persons with a Degree in Audiovisual Communication or Journalism to provide support in scientific communication and outreach.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?
This initiative is designed to hire young residents of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, allowing them to gain their first professional experience in high-value R&D projects.
To participate, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Hold a university degree or a vocational training certificate (intermediate or higher level), or officially recognized equivalent titles in accordance with current educational laws.

Be under 30 years of age on the date the contract is signed.

Be registered as a job seeker with the Andalusian Employment Service (SAE) to certify unemployment status.

Be registered as a resident (empadronado) in a municipality within the Autonomous Community of Andalusia or the autonomous cities of Ceuta or Melilla for at least six months before the application deadline.

Have no prior work experience on the day before the contract is finalized. For this purpose, curricular or extracurricular internships listed as such in the applicant’s work history (vida laboral) will not be considered work experience.
Specific Requirements
For positions indicating specific criteria in Anexo I, candidates must possess the training or specialized knowledge detailed therein. These merits will act as admission requirements for that specific position and will not be subject to additional scoring (baremación).
