Manifesto for the Equitable Recognition of Women in Research

The Alliance of Severo Ochoa Centers and María de Maeztu Units of Excellence (SOMMa) has published a Manifesto for the Equitable Recognition of Women in Research, endorsed by COSCE, FACME, and AMIT. This manifesto was promoted and drafted by the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Working Group of the SOMMa Alliance and supported by the alliance as a whole.

The manifesto aims to advocate for increasing the number of female candidates in various research award calls in Spain, addressing the evident inequality in the historical context.
