Carolina Castillejos Andújar is the Wellbeing & Equality Liaison Officer at the María de Maeztu Unit of Excellence of the Mind, Brain and Behavior Research Center. She leads the organization's strategy to achieve a healthy organizational climate that promotes the psychological health of its members, equality and respect for diversity. She is a Psychologist and occupational therapist with extensive specialization and experience in different branches of clinical practice, as well as in the management of health and social care centers and as a disseminator/trainer.
