Juan Verdejo Román is an Associate Professor in the Department of Personality, Assessment, and Psychological Treatment. He teaches in the Speech Therapy degree program. His research focuses on the neural substrates of socially relevant issues such as obesity, addiction, and especially intimate partner violence, as part of the Pninsula (CTS-581) research group. He currently coordinates the Believe-Viorep research project, which explores the consequences of repetitive head impacts in survivors of intimate partner violence.
