Laura C. Torres-Vega is an Associate Professor in the Department of Developmental and Educational Psychology and a researcher at CIMCYC at the University of Granada. Her research focuses on the psychological and neuropsychological sequelae of intimate partner violence against women and on the children who are also affected by this violence. She coordinates the Believe-Child project, funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science and the European Regional Development Fund. The project studies the psychopathological and neuropsychological consequences of exposure to interparental intimate partner violence in children and adolescents.
