The project "Knowledge, Consciousness and Critical Thinking to Challenge Inequalities Between Men and Women" seeks to foster critical thinking and feminist consciousness to help eradicate sexist beliefs, attitudes and behaviors from the university sphere, thereby strengthening the commitment of the participants to equality.
Through various activities directed at the university community—such as talks, workshops and panel discussions—the project addresses the root causes and consequences of inequalities between men and women, the impact of sexism, stereotypes and gender biases in society, and the prevention and understanding of different forms of violence against women.
Coordination
The project is coordinated by researchers Rocío Martínez, Elisa Martín-Arévalo, Nines Ballesteros and Mar Martín-Signes.

The Mind, Brain, and Behavior Research Center (CIMCYC), the Vice-Rectorate for Equality, Inclusion, and Social Commitment, and the Departments of Experimental Psychology, Psychobiology, and Social Psychology at the University of Granada all contributed to this project.
